Public Speaking

As a member of FARE (Food Allergy Research and Education) and certified vendor with the NFCA (National Foundation for Celiac Awareness) Stephanie Courtney is an advocate for public awareness and education regarding the issues faced by persons with allergies, and Celiac disease. She provides a Public Speaking offering which helps educate clients about ways they can protect themselves and their guests from potentially life threatening situations by taking a few extra practical steps during the planning process of their events. She also educates other planners of the steps required during the planning process to protect persons with allergies and Celiac disease.

Consulting

Liason between client and caterer.

We serve as a liaison between clients and venues, caterers, and florists, who have the education, experience, and best practices in place to address their needs in the area of food, beverage and decor, for meetings, parties, weddings,conferences and special events.

As a wedding and event specialist we serve as a planning consultant and advocate for clients who have allergies of any kind. We are committed to:

  • Educating clients about ways they can protect themselves and their guests from potentially life threatening situations during the planning process of their event.
  • Identifying event attendees with allergies, and assisting caterers and venue personnel by providing information and resources required to meet the special needs and food handling requirements of these clients.

Event Planning

Seamless coordination for any occassion.
  • Meetings - Assistance with meeting planning and administration with special focus on implementing strategies to identify and care for the needs of attendees with food allergies.
  • Parties - Full party planning services and design for Social and Business Parties in the home or other venues with special focus on the needs of clients and their guests with allergies, intolerances and/or sensitivities to food, flowers and scents.
  • Weddings - Consulting assistance for clients and wedding planners with special focus on the needs of attendees with allergies, intolerances and/or sensitivities to food, flowers and scents.
  • Special Events - Assistance with planning and administration of Special Events with special focus on implementing strategies to identify and care for the needs of attendees with food allergies.
