Stephanie is a committed consultant and event planner always staying current on the latest published information about the special dietary needs of clients with food allergies and sensitivities. She has established working relationships with research organizations and local patient support groups working with patients with celiac disease, wheat and gluten sensitivity, and other kinds of food allergies such as dairy, shellfish, eggs and nuts. She works in behalf of her clients to educate other event planners, caterers and venues about environmental and food preparation considerations.
